In 1999, Bais Maritiem BV, guided in the new building of the KW 171 " Maartje Theodora ", a 140 meter long freezer stern trawler.
Bais Maritiem BV guided in the new building of the eurocutter PH 550 " Admiral Grenville ", a 23,97 meter eurocutter equipped for beam trawling - round fish / twinrigger which has been delivered in 2001.
In 2001, Bais Maritiem BV, guided in the new building of the deepfreeze stern trawlers " Wirons 5 & 6".
In 1999, Bais Maritiem BV, guided in the new building of a serie of 4 rotortugs.
In 2000 , Bais Maritiem BV realized together with Shipyard Freire, Vigo - Spain,
the construction of the deepfreeze sterntrawler " SCH 302 " Willem van der Zwan
